PHASE 01 - CHALLENGE
Design a core feature that enables users to easily discover diverse vendor products and storefront


Identify user needs of the “ Global+ discovery ” view 

Insights from workshops and interviews: Partnered with the PM to conduct 4 vendor interviews and facilitated cross-functional workshops with Merchant, Customer Service, and vendors to understand workflows, identify needs, define key problems, and brainstorm solutions.

SCALABLE

We structured the information hierarchy into two layers to serve both target user needs—meeting business goals today while enabling flexible, scalable vendor store customization in the future.

DISCOVERABLE

We introduced 3P products into the user journey. when a user adds a 3P item to cart, we show a reminder that it’s fulfilled by a third party and follows different shipping and delivery policies

TRUST

We display vendor store ratings based on real customer feedback to build trust and surface clear shipping and return policies so users can quickly understand how third-party fulfillment differs from Weee!’s first-party orders.

OVERVIEW

Weee! Global+ expands selection without holding inventory, products are sold on Weee! and fulfilled by third-party distributors via international carriers. It improves product coverage, reduces inventory overhead, and opens new revenue streams. We’re launching it in phases: starting with product listings + transactions only (fulfilled by merchants), then adding local last-mile delivery, expanding to cross-border + last-mile, and eventually moving toward Weee!-fulfilled warehousing and logistics as the platform scales.
