OVERVIEW

The Weee! affiliate program was an important growth channel across five ethnic communities, but manual onboarding, unclear earning paths, and limited self-serve guidance made it difficult to scale. I redesigned the experience into a self-serve affiliate system that helped partners understand why to join, how to earn, and what actions to take next — increasing enrollment by 42%, active affiliates by 10%, average earnings by 58%, and helping bookings double.
