OVERVIEW
The Weee! affiliate program revamp supported five ethnic communities and resolved long-standing operational issues. The redesign focused on creating a system that naturally attracts new affiliates, increases revenue, reduces marketing workload, and motivates existing affiliates to engage more. This program became a core driver of Weee!’s growth strategy, strengthening user acquisition and shaping its future direction

Based on our research, our team identified three key issues with the old affiliate program.

In 2022, active users fell by 62%, and new affiliate registrations dropped by 47%.
